We are excited to be promoting a great new product called the Bone Pool. It is just what it says...a Bone Shaped Swimming Pool for dogs and we think it is going to be a "must have" product for summer. When you see these photos, remember they are "establishing" photos and do not represent what the official photos from the photo shoot will look like. ..
tA product like this presents a challenge in terms of photography and presentation. Our official photographer, Gina YRA will be doing the photos for the ads and the Dream Item segment, but we decided to take it out for a test run and work out angle shots, etc. We invited our newest DoggyModel, Molly to join in the fun and called another DoggyModel, Riley. They joined Mako to check out the Bone Pool. Mako made a whole photo gallery and even blogged about the fun afternoon with the Bone Pool. You can click her box below and read her thoughts about the Bone Pool.
Something from Mako...
Hey guys, I just wanted to send a "Woof Out" to my new DoggyModel, Molly. We really like each other and I think she is going to work well in our program. Here is a photo of our interview at the DoggyBling.com office. Also, Be sure to watch for the official Bone Pool photo shoot with Human Models Nicole and Kala and DoggyModels me, Riley, Molly, Balki, Bailey and Dolce'.
All of the dogs loved the Bone Pool and Molly wouldn't get out of it even when the photo segment was completed. We love the Bone Pool so much that we have arranged to give one to each of our DoggyModels. Molly took hers home that day! Click here to see all of the photos.
The Bone Pool is rugged and sturdy and much more substantial than kiddie pools that have to be replaced often. Plus, the shape is seriously cute. We did the test photos in front of our office and had a lot of people stop by to see the pool and everyone loved it. It became a conversation piece as people couldn't stop talking about the unique shape and how the dogs were having fun.
While we were playing around, we decided to put a Skamper-Ramp into the Bone Pool and let the dogs check it out. The Bone Pool is not deep enough to really need a Skamper-Ramp, but this product saves the lives of many animals each year, so we love promoting it! Riley shows you how the Skamper-Ramp works. The Skamper-Ramp is designed for in ground pools, but we sort of laid it in the Bone Pool for the temporary photos and it worked fine. Visit Skamper-Ramp to see how the ramp works for regular pools. (Riley asked us to insert a disclaimer relating to her appearance in the Skamper-Ramp photo. The photo was taken after she had been playing in the pool. We will insert some "before" photos so you can see how beautiful she is...Models!)
